Sun, Jan 27, 2008 MHCC Team travels from Newark to Guatemala.
Mon, Jan 28 We get started mixing concrete and laying concrete blocks.
Tues, Jan 29 More concrete and blocks, including cutting blocks for the roof.
Wed, Jan 30 Morning: continue work on the house.
Wed, Jan 30 Mid-day: prayer visits and revisit families in the community from the Summer of 2007.
Wed, Jan 30 Late afternoon: back to the house to dig out the old compacted dirt floor.
Thurs, Jan 31 Stucco on the walls, mix concrete, pour and level the floor. Long day!
Fri, Feb 1 Paint the interior, electrical wiring and lights, finish floor.
Sat, Feb 2 Deliver and install new beds. Final goodbyes. Fly home.
